At KEYPRIME we can list and handle the sale of a property on your behalf. There are no fees to our customers for this service. KEYPRIME is compensated through a referral arrangement with the listing Realtor. Services include:
Selection of Realtors from your approved list or if an approved Realtor is not available in the location area of the property we can arrange for a Realtor to list the property on your behalf.
Securing current market analysis from the referred Realtor in accordance with your requirements and will follow up with Realtors as required to obtain updated market analysis reports. A copy will be retained at all times in our listing file.
Ensure current appraisals are in place as required by your firm's guidelines or those of the mortgage insurance.
Completion of listing and purchase contracts as per pre-determined authorization.
KEYPRIME will always negotiate the selling price of the properties in your best interest.
